About the Farm

McLean To Inspire started out as a Husband & Wife with a vison of owning and operating a business. We began as a photography and Fine art online business. We now have expanded our business model to include our homestead operation and family farm which offers a growing number of homemade and homegrown products.

As a farm, mother nature and weather can greatly effect the outcome of our crops and harvest. We see farming as a way of faith also. Each year we will plant our crops and do everything we can…the rest we have to lay in Gods hands and trust that no matter what the outcome, he has a plan that is greater then what we can see. In Wyoming we live in a area that has frequently challenging weather. Considering that we had to have even bigger faith that even when a storm hit that God has a plan no matter what happens to our crops.

The bible has so many amazing verses on farming if you dig into scripture. As much as this is a business and a income to support our family, this is also a ministry for us. We live in a world where prices on everything including food is so high and seems to continuously keep rising. We want to offer healthy quality homemade and homegrown foods & flowers at affordable prices. As disciples in Christ it is important to us to be able to give back to our community in ways that God prompts us to and puts on our hearts.

We offer a selection of farm fresh, home grown products to our local community and customers including;

*We are a small family farm that currently is NOT licensed or inspected. Our produce, baked goods, microgreens, flowers etc. are grown or made/baked on our home and farm, under our states laws (the Wyoming Food Freedom Act) which allow us to produce and sell certain items without needing to be licensed or inspected by the state. In addition to our live cut flower products we plan to offer a collection of flower products , dried and/or made into art which will be available to our online, non local customers & Etsy shop. These products will be handmade from the flowers grown and harvested by us on our family farm. More details will be released soon. We hope in the future to be able to offer live flower arrangements to be ordered by mail, at this time we are not sure when we will start offering that it is something we are working towards.

Along with offering our farm fresh products we also still offer and growing selection of our photography, art and handmade items & gifts. We have many ideas and new products in the works that we plan to offer in the coming days and are very busy as a team of just the two of us preparing to release these out into the world for our customers to enjoy. When we got married we dreamed on being able to own land of our own and use that land to create a income and a way of life for our family. It took us longer then we had originally hoped. After several moves including a relocation, our family settled in a new place to start a new life. We finally have been able to put roots down and work towards the things we have been planning and dreaming of for so many years. Our years of hard work, many hardships, losses and sacrifices have paid off and we are so blessed to be able to have this opportunity to fulfill our dreams and goals. God has played such a huge part in allowing our dreams to come true we couldn’t have gotten to where we are today without the miracles he has provided us.

We love being out in nature, getting fresh air, staying active and keeping ourselves busy working on our land.

Max & Acacia are hard working people who like getting our hands dirty and always having new projects we are working on.

Expect to see more new things from us as we try new things and grow and expand our business & our Farm.

***Right now) is a extremely busy time for us as it is spring and we are working on all the garden prep and groundwork from starting seeds, watering, constructing fencing, rototilling , managing the greenhouse and endless amount of farm work to get things ready for the release of our farm fresh products into the world. We will have our farm fresh products available for local customers starting here in the next few weeks and until the end of the season as God, & mother nature allows.

During this time of the year we have less time to spend on adding new products on our photography and art shop section and will be releasing those new products online as time allows us to. Our online store is still open for sales and we will still get to those promptly. We still have lots of amazing artwork and photography we have yet to upload and are looking forward to sharing those with you all very soon. Its important to us to spend as much time actually living life, being present in the moment and spending time with our family. Though we do operate our website, online sales and order fulfillment and have an Instagram account we try to spend less time on the computer and more time in the real world. Getting to know our customers and creating relationships is important to us. Word of mouth and reputation go a long way, this is what is most important for us to build our business on. Although marketing and social media obviously have benefits. If you are happy with the products and services you receive from us it would mean the world to us if you would share about us with your friends, family, church etc.
