We are a small business that is family run. Most of our products are made to order and fulfilled by a Photo Lab or Print Shop. We make sure to order sample products and thoroughly research a company before choosing them to fulfill orders for us. That being said we don’t have much stock on hand for our photo products and most are made to order. With us being a small company we are not able offer returns at this time. See below for issues regarding products damaged in shipping or production.

As for exchanges we do not typically offer exchanges because of the scale of our business at this point.

***If you were to receive a product that arrived damage due to production issues or shipping please reach out to us via our contact form and we will ask for more information and photos/videos and then will work with the production partners and/or the delivery service to see where the damage occurred and work to get you get your replacement product that is not damaged***

Shipping times will vary depending on the photo product. Photo products will have different shipping times then our other art products.

For most of our Photo products they are fulfilled by the Photo Lab or Print shop that we partner with. occasionally we will have photo products in stock but most are made to order. This is due to the scale of our business at this time.

After we receive the order we will process the order and either fulfill it ourselves, if we have the product in stock or send it to our fulfillment partner if it needs to be made to order.

For Most of our Photo Products the shipping times fall between 2-10 Days depending on the product and where it is shipping to.

As we start to offer more fine art products we will update our FAQ to include information on fulfillment and shipping times for those products.

Typically when you place an order for one of our photo products (Photo Prints, Metal Wall Art, Cups & Mugs, ect) we will review your order from our website and send that to are fulfillment company Ex. (Photo Lab or
Print shop) within 1 to 2 business days. We will do everything possible to send your order to the Print Shop the same day. Most of our Photo Products are made/printed to order. Occasionally we will have some products in stock on hand.

Depending on the Photo product the production times vary from 1-8 days, after the Print Shop gets your order. The Majority of the products are created at the print shop or photo lab and are usually ready for shipping within 1-3 days for Photographic Prints or Metal Wall art and usually 2 to 5 days for Cups & Mugs. If you would like to know a fulfillment time for a specific product please reach out to us on the “contact us” page and we can get you the fulfillment & shipping estimate time ranges for the specific product you wish.

For our Photo products we take our photos with a high quality name brand DSLR camera.

We research the companies who print and fulfill our photo products and order and review samples of our products from our Photo Lab & Print Shop before we add new printed product surface to our photo product options.

For our Photographic Prints & Metal Wall Art we use a professional high quality photo lab that specializes in printing products for professional photographers and uses high quality products.

For our Cups, Mugs & Photo Gifts we use a well known print on demand company to fulfill orders. We again order samples of products prior to adding a new product surface to our collection options. We check for quality in the product as well as the packaging and shipping methods before we decide to use a company for drop shipping fulfillment.

We understand that your money is very valuable and we don’t offer products that we ourselves wouldn’t approve the quality of a if we were the customer.

We are small family run business that currently does not have the resources to Print our Photo products ourselves. We use a well known professional Photo Lab to print our Photographic prints & Wall Art.

For our Photo Gifts, Cups & Mugs we use a quality print on demand service.

This allows us to focus our time on capturing great photographs, and spending more quality time with our family while we grow our business. This also allows us to focus more time on creating our fine art products.

We make sure to offer quality products for our customers to enjoy.

We run our business from our home and value our families safety & privacy very highly. Due to this at this time we have chosen to not list a contact address for us.
